Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director of Pastoral Care for the network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the future generation of Biblical Counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
